Early morning wake up, breakfast at the hotel then we start early for our drive to Besisahar. Our journey starts into the hills through the winding roads along the Trishuli River. Early morning breakfast. We cross the small villages of Nepal whose population is native of Tibet. After crossing the suspended bridge of Marsyangdi River, we climb towards the beautiful village of TAAL surrounded by waterfalls. After the lunch break, we mount in a gentle slope up to Dharapani, the village of the Tibetan populations and typical Nepalese wooden houses.
We start our day by a fresh rise towards the village of Bagarchap. Before entering the village, you can enjoy a magnificent view on the Annapurna II which culminates at 7 937m. A beautiful small village with its walls of mani and flags of prayers decorates your enjoyable morning. We continue the rise in a tropical forest before arriving at the village of Timag with a superb beautiful view on the summits of the Mt. Manaslu, Mt. Annapurna II, and Mt. Lamjung . We stop at Thanchok for lunch, then simple walk to reach the capital of Manang where we settle for the night. After having our breakfast we make our way towards the village of Pisang. We rise very gradually through the villages and crops in terraces. Lunch at Dhukurpokhari, beautiful view on the Annapurna II, Pissang peak, Chulu Far East. After the noon meal, continuation of walk to Pissang. On the right the massifs of Chullu, Gangapurna, Tarke Gyang. The landscape is absolutely exceptional. Pause for lunch at Ngawal infron of the giant Summits and then descent toward Braga which is a very beautiful village and visit to Barge Monastery, which is the largest monastery in the entire Manang area, will be a memorable lifetime. After visit, our journey continues to Manang, finally we reach Manang and our journey comes to an end for the day.
Today we enjoy and immerse ourselves in the beauty of the Manang village. Day of acclimatization in altitude. To stay fit on the following trails, you will take a short hike towards the monastery perched on the hill from where you will have a beautiful view on the summit Gangapurna, Gangapurna Lake and the glacier. Return to the lodge for lunch and then afternoon you will visit the center of relief, Himalayan Rescue Association (HRA) Nepal which gives you an idea of acute mountain sickness (AMS).
After breakfast our trek continues up to the village of Khangsar. The views today are very special as we get to fully appreciate the natural beauty of the Annapurna range all along the way.
This day is dedicated to visit the Tilicho Lake located at 4919 m altitude. Our trail traverses onto a moraine and then cuts along the side of the mountain. However, the spectacular views of Tilicho, Nilgiri, Khangsar and Muktinath peaks are always close by to cheer us up. Upon reaching Tilicho Lake, one of the highest lakes in the world. Evening back to Tilicho Base Camp.
Easy walk along the riverside, across a steep landslide area and further down to Shree Kharka then trail continues through the ruins of the old Khangsar village, until we cross a log bridge over the river between Gumsang and Yak Kharka. Our journey continues to Ledar, and afternoon at leisure to relax or enjoy a pleasant stroll.
Our trek on this day is relatively shorter and easy . Arrival at Thorong Phedi for the meal of midday. A night at Thorong Phedi is essential before crossing the Thorong La Pass. Try to refit a maximum in perspective of the long day of the next day.
Crossing the Thorong La Pass which culminates at 5416m, one of the highest passes in the world, will be our ultimate goal. Departure in the very early morning and the trail becomes steep immediately. Continuation of walking towards the Col of thorong. When you finally get to the top, you find that your trip has worth. After a tea and photos for the memories we start the steep descent to Muktinath , a very special pilgrimage destination for Hindu and Buddhist community.
From Muktinath, the walking trail crosses rocky, desert like scenery to the Lupra Pass where there are excellent mountain views. Descend to the charming Bon village of Lupra. Lunch break then our journey continues to Jomsom then Marpha. Marpha is especially famous for Himalayas Apple. Here, you can get Apple Brandy and renowned as Marpha Brandy- don’t missed to taste.
From Marpha we will head towards Tatopani which is famous for it's hot springs. This is the best place to relax our body after a long trek.
After the breakfast, you start your journey towards Ghorepani. The trail descends downhill until you reach a suspension bridge. From there, the trek is continuous uphill. This trail gives you different test with the cultural and people. You will walk along the villages and farming field, such a Villages of Ghara Shikha, chitre ..
An early morning hikes with taking headlight to Pun Hill 3210m. This vantage point provides wonderful views of the early morning sunrise over the high Himalayas. After this, we return to Lodge and take a hot breakfast. We follow a downstream trail through rhododendron forests (in flower in March - April) towards Tikhedhunga. After a short poses for lunch at Tikhedhunga, you continue the walk to Nayapul where our trek will end then an hour drive will take us to Pokhara.
After enjoying beautiful Pokhara and its natural and cultural beauty, we begin our drive or fly to Kathmandu (flight is optional). After approximately 6-7 hours drive, we finally reach Kathmandu. Evening farewell dinner with cultural program.
According to the flight time, return flight to home country. Your guide will take you by private vehicle to the “Tribhuwan International Airport” in Kathmandu for your departure. The Difficulty Level of the Annapurna circuit via Tilicho Lake Trek is difficult. This trek is accessible to all good walkers, 15 consecutive walking days with a maximum altitude of 5416m to the Thorong La Pass. Maximum elevation positive of +1020m and negative elevation of -1770m. Approximately 4 to 7 hours of walk per day on trails adapted and sometimes off the beaten track. You start your trek to 1310m altitude with many climbs and descents in staircase, sometimes steep but acclimation to the ALTITUDE remains very progressive. To perform this trek in the best conditions, we recommend that you practice a sporting activity at least 1 to 2 times a week 1 to 2 months before your departure.
Tribhuvan International Airport is the only international airport of Nepal. Immigration Office, TIA (Tribhuvan International Airport) under Department of Immigration has been facilitating tourists flying to Nepal by providing Visa on Arrival. Likewise, other Entry and Exit points established at the border regions also provide ‘ On Arrival Visa’ to foreign nationals hoping enter to Nepal via land.
On Arrival’ visa procedure is very quick and simple. You can expect some queues during peak Tourist season. If you wish to skip those queues, you can also consider getting Visa from Nepalese Diplomatic Missions stationed abroad prior to your arrival. Choice is yours.

To perform a Trek or a voyage of discovery, the best periods are the fall between mid-September and the end of November and the spring season from March to May where rhododendrons are in flower.
In winter between December and February the time is very clear and the visibility on the mountains excellent it is possible to do trekking in low altitude (up to 4 000 m of altitude) and cultural visits. The major trekking are not practicable and the passes are closed from mid-June, it is the beginning of the monsoon season until the end of August and this period is not recommended for trekkers.

You will be hosted in guesthouse or in lodge in a double room, the most often in twin with two separate beds. In guesthouse and lodge it is not possible to have a single room except in the off-season. Most are equipped with electricity, a large lounge for the noon meal or dinner in the evening. The shower and toilet are often at the outside. The hot showers are generally paid. According to the regions the lodges have a different comfort. Certain lodges are very well equipped with, in hot water, shower, electricity but this is not the case of all the lodges.
According to the region, the comfort of the accommodation at the inhabitant is variable. In the east of Nepal the inhabitants have the large houses of 2 or 3 floors but without room so you will be hosted in the large main room. In the north and west of the Nepal the houses are small but with rooms. In these houses of village there is no bathroom; shower and toilet (WC) are on the outside. In case of the absence of a shower, the family will propose to you to the hot water in a basin for your toilet.
For the trekking, hiking and expedition in accommodation under a tent we provide for your comfort, a tent for two person with a foam mattress.
The individual rooms exist only in the hotels in the City subject to availability. It is not possible to book a single room in guesthouse, lodge and at the inhabitant.

Nepal is a developing country and the quality of the road may be random and precarious. The roads are heavily damaged during periods of monsoon rains, causing landslides or falls of stone which entail of frequent traffic congestion. The Kathmandu valley is particularly affected by the increase in road traffic. The code of the road being nonexistent and the difficult traffic, it is strongly recommended not to self-drive.

For certain domestic transport we use the airway, with the companies Yeti Airlines, Tara Airlines, Buddha Air, Simrik Air. Generally, they work with small aircraft from 15 to 18 places.
The flights in mountains are subject to weather conditions. It sometimes happens that your flight is canceled due to the bad weather; in this case your flight will be postponed to the next day by the company. If there is no availability in this case you will be proposed a route by helicopter if you want. The difference in the cost of travel you will be requested on the spot.
For your information, the European Commission has included all Nepalese companies on the black list of companies banned from flying within the European Union. To this day, no Nepalese company not flying in Europe.
Note/Lukla Flights are departing and returning to Ramechhap instead of Kathmandu due to ongoing upgrades at Kathmandu Airport. Its about a 4 hour drive to Ramechhap.

Our tours Discovery, trekking or expedition are carried out in the group. Our porters are accustomed to the treks in medium and high altitude and come mainly from the east and the north of Nepal. The profession of bearer is a seasonal work and then they return home to care for their farm and work in the fields. The young students are also increasingly interested in this profession in order to be able to finance their studies. Your porters are actively involved in the success of your trip please do not hesitate to enter into contact with them; they will certainly be very happy to these small moments of sharing. It is possible that sometimes the lodges and guesthouses do not have enough place for all, in this case your porters will be housed in a neighboring house. During the TREK UNDER TENT they will be hosted at the inhabitant or under a large tent of cuisine all together.
During the trekking your luggage is transported by porters and you only carry your day’s things (Bring a small backpack of 30 to 40 liters).
For porter bagage, bring a sports bag or a hiking backpack of 60 to 70 liters. Avoid especially the suitcase with wheels.
In Nepal the weight of portage for the trek, hiking or expedition is regulated. For the trek, you are authorized to take a bag 12 kilos maximum per person and 18 kilos for an expedition 6000 m. Nepal Authentic Trek will provide one porter for two trekkers.
During the trek you will be in full pension. In the morning, breakfast is constituted of bread Nepalese, chapatis, cereals, omelet and porridge, accompanied of butter, jam, and tea or coffee. According to the stage of the day, the lunch takes around noon or one o’clock. For the dinner of the evening a hot meal is served. During the days of long steps, (passage of Col) a picnic cold is expected.
In Nepal the national dish is the Dhalbhat. This dish is composed of white rice, lentils, vegetables and potatoes.
During the trek three times hot drinks are included” Breakfst/Lunch & Dinner “. In the morning you will be served tea or coffee. Alcoholic beverages and soft drinks are at your charge. In the lodges and Guesthouse there is beer, soft drinks and mineral water. The tap water being unfit for consumption in all the countries, it must be treated essential foresaw of pellets of purification and a bottle of 1 to 1.5 liters.
Drinking Wtaer : It is better to use water purification drops and tablets which you can either bring from your own country or buy in Kathmandu. Nepal Authentic Treks also provides water purifier pills.
If your trek is done in lodge or in guesthouse, there is the possibility to take a hot shower Pay , it takes between 1 to 2 USD per shower but cold shower if free. If your trek is carried out in a tent, your team will serve you hot water every morning and evening in a basin for your toilet. At the inhabitant the shower room and WC are on the outside.
